Artists retain ownership of submitted works. By publishing on Next in Arts, users grant required display, moderation, archival, and operational rights as described in program licensing terms.
Content or behavior that violates policy may be limited, removed, or escalated. Severe abuse and illegal content can trigger immediate account restrictions.
